EYFS SUPPORT
Understanding and implementing the EYFS can be overwhelming. I provide settings or businesses with advice, guidance and plans to ensure you are reaching your full potential. Implementing plans, supporting with paperwork and planning are just a few examples.
ENABLING ENVIRONMENTS
A settings indoor and outdoor environments are equally important. I can guide you on the design, aesthetics and resources in line with your ethos and pedagogy to create an enabling environment . First impressions are paramount! A fresh pair of eyes that can provide you with constructive criticism and plans on how to improve are invaluable!
QUALITY IMPROVEMENT SUPPORT
Sometimes we need a fresh pair of eyes to look over our practice and help us with self reflection. I will spend a day (or as many as you require) at your setting observing practice, speaking with staff and engaging with your routines to fully understand how you operate. I will formulate a document on my findings alongside tailored support and advice to ensure you are reaching your full potential.
